If anyone has evidence that Wane and others within the club have acted in a way that is apparently so shocking, then surely they should contact IL with this information?

He may well do but coincidentally he supposedly wants away from Wane also which isn't to do with losing the shirt or anything rugby related either.

There are so many strong statements being made.

"IL will sack people when he finds out what's going on." "Other players want to leave as well."

Clearly some nasty stories are doing the rounds, but it all seems a bit ludicrous - the notion that so many fans and players know about this, but the chairman, who is no fool, doesn't.

I still think people should be wary of stuff they get told in pubs, etc.

Yeah exactly. Good old Mr Wane got his friend involved in the whole Gleeson mess to help out, which only escalated the situation.
Hock did the best thing to get out, don't want x y and z being brought into your place of work, just not safe.

Ok so if it's not rugby related, then why has this not been put to IL. Wane is not the mafia, he's not going to be leaving horses heads in Hock's and IL's bed.

If Wane was doing anything unrelated to rugby, then Hock would not be asking for yet more money to stay at Wigan, he would not be refusing to train. He would not sit opposite IL with his agent and say he did not want to play for Wigan anymore, he would sit there and tell IL, that he had a Mob boss as a coach, x,y and z.

You don't escape trouble by playing in Widnes.

It all sounds so implausable it's more than difficult to believe. At best, it sounds like the conspiracy theorists gone wild, at worst an attempt to undermine Wane, by those with an agenda.

I think it's a case of believe what you like. At times I've read things on here and questioned the truth, so it's understandable why people blame Hock.
It's an issue which has many sides, the money (asking for a pay rise) is a separate issue to what lead to Hock;s departure.

People on here are quick to dismiss this and that, but there is a lot to this, involves people you don't wanna mess with, Hock etc is better keeping his head down and getting out of the way, he knows this and that's exactly what he's done.

Some of the stories I'm hearing sound so far away from any truth, it's unbelievable yet some of them are so complex that they can't possibly be made up.

At the end of the day people will believe what they want and the majority will blindly believe the club no matter what the situation. I am personally swinging towards what IL has said but I'm not 100% convinced that it's as simple as what he's said in his statement. One thing I am convinced about is we'll never actually find out the whole story.
