Sinfield targeted Charnley with is kicks, as with ST out, he was your main return threat ..... might seem daft as he's a good catcher, but if backed up by a good defence, the tactic takes him out the game for the first 3 plays of the set - he takes the 1st tackle; that means he can't 'receive' for the 2nd; and when he gets back on the wing, the play will have moved to the other side, so he is almost certainly out of position for the 3rd play!

I was thinking to begin with that it may put more I suppose nerves in Murph. In that the longer he kept kicking to Charnley the more it will build the pressure up on Murph. As if Sinfield kicked to Murph and he caught the first one then it would build his confidence.
