They don't charge people and find them not guilty, that's why they review the games before charging people. Saying that I do hope he gets a warning, but I doubt it 2 matches along with Solomona for the same offence

I cant believe how Hansen has been charged yet McGoldrick gets away with two offences. Ok one wasn't that bad but he cant away with performing a DDT on a rugby pitch! Along with Lynch's forearm into McIlorum which even the SKY team picked up, it makes you think if the RFL really do review the games or just watch Wigan

Don't think a warning is an option for a Grade B offence. Minimum punishment is a one match ban so a not guilty or no case to answer verdict is what HH needs to hear to be available on Saturday

That's fair enough, so if they are to consistent they will get the same treatment. Just don't understand how they can miss other incidents which are so blatant and I've never known a disciplinary panel to get so many things wrong in one sport before.

I don't expect a ban. He will, undeservedly in my opinion be found guilty and as somebody has stated a one match ban is the minimum punishment. However they often go outside the recommended range of sanctions due to mitigating factors, these include plea and previous record, I have a feeling Hansen will gamble and plead guilty to gain credit and will ultimately escape a ban due to his exempalory record

I also think that if they give him a one match as is possible, Wigan will appeal the severity of the sentence resulting in an increased fine and allowing him to play

Players and Clubs should be aware that the normal suspension ranges are guidelines only and
the Tribunal has the discretion to step outside of the normal ranges in the following three

- If the Compliance Manager has advised the Player that, in the light of specified aggravating
factors, she is going to seek a higher sanction and the Tribunal agree that such factors mean
a higher sanction should be imposed;
- If the Tribunal has previously advised the Player that it will apply a higher sanction next time
that Player is found to have committed a misconduct Offence; or
