I had to ring Stains for our tickets today as Wigan said at 4.45pm they had no tickets left. When I rang Stains at about 4.50 the woman explained that they had picked up the rest of Wigan's allocated tickets today after lunch as demand for them at Stains was so high. I said i wasn't too chuffed about that as only this morning I had been told I had until Wednesday to get my ticket from Wigan.
I don't understand why Stains would recall tickets from our ticket office today even though we would have sold them anyway???

Wigan have told you that you have until Wednesday but they couldnt ever guarantee that they would still have tickets on Wednesday. Poor, but for a game this size that has been bound to sell out for ages, leaving it to Wednesday is the only mistake here. You dont have much of a right if you were going to leave it til Wednesday but others wanted to buy before you, whoevers fans they may be. |

I'm assuming Saints have priority as the tickets are their property until sold.
Would probably work vice versa if needed.

Indeed. Have been occasions in the past where Saints haven't been allocated any more tickets for games at the DW so that they can be sold to Wigan fans instead. |

Had the tickets not sold out, then they would indeed be available until Wednesday, but the words "subject to availability" come in very handy in these situations. |

I got my tickets through saints on Friday.. they took my address though when paying with my debit card, I hope I don't recieve any saints season tickets info etc.etc.
Great news about it selling out though, there was no doubt really. I can't wait, it should be an absolute cracker.. lets hope the weather holds off and we have an entertaining match.. Bring it on.. 3 more days in work left

I have a feeling this won't be the last Saints V Wigan match at Knowsley Road, challenge cup would be nice or even play off but then that would mean them finishing above us so no, challenge cup it is.
