How many did we bring in for the first game a few years back. We filled the away end and had fans on the side.
I wasn't trying to boast i was just telling you what following Wire had been, we have a great following like yourselves but our fans dissapear for the Hull trips due to previous trouble at the KC in 05 and at home. |

That was different, it was the first game with special offers on. But I have actually just remembered, the wire game is the big one so tickets are £5 and £10 so you will easily fill the end and more if we are able to give it to you. |

Saints game against us last season was on TV and it was higher gate then both the league game and playoff game against you we took about 3.5k that day. |

We would ask for more but the Saints fans have bought more for us than against you, maybe theres more of them coming as they don't mind paying to watch a match that isn't a foregone conclusion?
I suspect with many,many fans buying them direct from Saints there won't be far off 6k Wigan fans but as Rogues says, You can only sell what they send you (It's one of the drawbacks of being a Big Club I suppose.).
Anyway, you guys should be more worried about your Big game Friday than trying to muscle in on a Real Big Game shouldn't you? |
