Yeah I have to agree that the game was too much in the balance to bring the lad on. It may have only been a friendly but the lads will have taken a good bit of confidence from that game because at the end of the day we beat a side away from home who alot of people are tipping to be Leeds closest challengers.

I know he was named by Maguire and Pryce wasn't. However I don't recall seeing Howarth warming up at any stage of the game (even pre-match)

I was under the impression he was a sraight swap with Pryce before the match started. Mistake perhaps?

They read his name out at Wire but I didn't notice him.
