It makes me laugh, I think I was the only one on these boards who said he was pap, the rest claimed he was the next Renouf and now he's done naff all for years every one's claiming they never rated him either!

Goulding is and always will be crap in defence!

Goulding had to cover for Tim Smith in the early games this season but Smith was such a liability he hadn't got a cat in hells chance of doing so. Result? Goulding gets dropped.

Phil Clarke called it right last night, Goulding had three chances to win Wigan the game v Hull, and took the wrong options. That was why he was dropped.

Not Wigan standard, has been given the chances to cement his place over the last 2 seasons, players from other teams have done it in less time, the fact is he is simply too greedy, a glory hunter just like Wagga

I don't think Noble can win really can he?

We had a weaknes defensively down that side. Goulding's defense is ok, but not perfect, and we all know about Smith. Noble dropped the two players that where losing us games and tightened up the side. Problem solved.
