The 100million is a guesstimate figure because if it cost say 10million to buy the club and they needed to have more than the 20million IL has left then I would say they need to have 50m, 100million whatever to make a significant difference

And how IL transformed us and took us back to the top of the game (and a WCC) within 10 years including 4 x GFs etc?

IMO he deserves a chance to out that right, if he wants to.
I don't agree with everything hes done, I think some of the retention policy has been poor and he certainly messed the Edwards debacle up, which subsequently left us with Lam.
However
Currently hes in charge, hes the owner, and that's not going to change short term.
Hes the one footing the bills, hes the one trying to cut the cloth because the Vocal whinging minority dont put their hands in their pockets to support the club and come up with any excuse not to of which ILs tenure, and even Lam being in charge is just another in a long list of excuses why they won't support the club.

Here comes Ruddy Duck, the same old whinging about anyone who has a different opinion and portray it as your being victimised. Its amazing how these people who criticise "snowflakes" tend to complain when they're being questioned.
I'm not saying all is well, I'm not saying there aren't major issues
What i am saying is that NONE of that should affect Lam with this current squad of players and the ones hes had for 3 years now.
Hes failed consistantly to get the ebstnout of them week after week
I'll say it again, 10 good performances in his 80/90 games in charge is pathetic.
He blames players
He blames previous players
He blames previous coaches
He blames lack of cohesion
He tells us we're clunky
He tells us we're training well, then we're rubbish on game day
Yet he makes the baffling selections
Hes the one supposed to be improving those players
Hes the one supposed to make the team better than the sum of its parts
Etc etc
Its his job to put that right, end of
If were then not good enough when were playing well then we can look at the reasons for that.
Your from an era were buying new players, sacking them, selling them, getting them from RU or NRL was much easier, so am I
But have the balls to admit that things change, thats why IL was so successful when he changed the way we did things under Whelan and Uncle Mo 2nd time round.
The game again has moved on, maybe IL isn't the right person to take on that fight for the next 10years, but for now hes in charge.
So I ask again
Who is this person with more money than leneghan who is going to buy us in the next 3months?
If you can't give me the answer to that (and you've avoided it for weeks now) then we need to be ready for next year and have the best coach/systems in place and that 100% isn't Lam
Now I know Lam won't be here next year, official or not, there will be people who won't like the new coaching set up, there will be people who will.
One thing for sure, the current man in charge is not the right man and hasn't been for 2 years.
