| If you wanted evidence of how far the wage thieves who administer Rugby League have allowed our sport to fall in the eyes of the world.
One only has to look at the back page of The Daily Telegraph sport section, where :-The moments we cannot wait to see in 2022 is the feature.
Now, sports such as Women's Cricket, women's football, boxing and the commonwealth games are given space. In addition all the other sports that you would expect.
Rugby does have two sections, with both men and women's. As for Rugby League, not an effing word! Do we not have a significant tournament coming up later in the year?
Hang your head in shame Ralph Rimmer and the rest of your cronies. You are doing a BAD job. Either earn your money or quit.
There is plenty of evidence at the terrible job the administrators are doing. For example, just look at the reduced TV monies. Clubs, especially lower league clubs, will struggle on what they receive for season 2022.
Some how change, has to be made. We need to draw people who come from other sports and business to run the game. This will upset a few I know, but that is how it has to be.
Friends appointing friends to top positions will only lead to decline. It must stop ! We need new blood.
I fear for Rugby League, I really do.

| To be fair, the Telegraph published only two RL match reports in the entirety of 2021 (both domestic finals). So it perhaps shouldn’t be a shock they neglected the World Cup in their calendar thing.
I’d be surprised if they ignore it during the tournament itself.
