Okay so the boys have a week off to recover from easter, both teams coming up play this week so get no respite.

Both teams are struggling, we need to hammer the nail in hard on both of these games, weather is improving we are at home and on the fast surface, both results need to be solid convincing victories before going to Bradford who will be no walkover.

Although we made hard work of things at both away games, we do need to put these two teams to the sword and to improve our points difference.

Battye and Spencer both aiming for Summer Bash. Spoke to them on Good Friday.

We'll thrash Swindon, they won't be able to kick the egg.

I think as a club we are in real trouble if we drop as far down to end up playing Swindon!

Chatted to Hendo at Batley and he indicated no one back before June and maybe a need for another body, so I guess we'll see.

Swinton have just knocked Huddersfield out the cup so it might not be as easy as anticipated.

I would still fancy us, against both Swinton and Huddersfield. Huddersfield who appear doomed to play in the middle 8s.

Jossy never suggested it would be easy, just suggesting it "should" be. Don't think any team can be taken for granted, I think we have to win comfortably though if we are serious about pushing for a decent top 8

I await with interest as to the team selection for the Swinton game. Does Hendo stick with the team who did such agood job against Batley. I would not be surprised to see some of the dropped players return.

Might have to be at least one change though if Kear is injured.

There is always the temptation to tinker. As you say, a bit harsh on the players who did such a good job over Easter. Can see a few changes though.

A lot depends why players were not playing over easter, was it giving folks chance to recover? Was it dropped because of not performing? Got a feeling a couple will get back in, depends how they are getting on in training though
