I can see Illies Macani leaving at the end of the season.

He seems to be out of favour, so agree could happen - personally I don't think he has ever let us down.

Would Israel be offered an extension to his contract. He is only on a one year deal if I remember correctly.

First up - we dont know the level we'll be playing at next year. Not convinced any of our team other than perhaps Ioane would be first choice SL team standard, even Barthau. Dont get me wrong, decent players and as a TEAM top notch, but there is a reason they are playing this level.

I'd say Wes and Thacks to retire, hopefully a coaching role can be found for them. Stapleton to be released. Ilies, Joe and Toby to be released. Gray and Pointer another year at Skolars. Take a chance on Izzy.

I feel academy and developed players are less likely to be released as they are probably cheaper to keep on the books, can't speculate on anyone else who hasn't signed an extension as we don't know what level we will be playing at next season. Best team I've seen us have for a few years but this squad is not good enough to finish outside super leagues bottom 2. That said you only need to win in the 8s once you are in super league
