Just had a letter and fairly slick looking booklet detailing next seasons ticket offers and prices.
Only 1 day after the last home game!
In all the years I've followed them I reckon that's a first. Maybe they do have someone who can organise a p**s-up in a brewery after all.

Outstanding stuff and no doubt an entry for the prestigious 2015 DMA Awards. best you let the guys know they need to enter rlHERErl.....what an outstanding concept. Contacting your few remaining customers with a view to retaining them..... 
I don't know what's worse.....leaving it until you had less than 200 members or those members getting excited about it!  |
