The Club have contact the LBSA to see if maybe 8 or 10 people would be prepared to ride the Jubilee line for a few hours promoting the Catalans Game, maybe handing out flyers....with maybe 2 brave souls doing it as Buck and Dusty.

Regardless of if it works or not, this is a great step in the right direction (no matter how too late it is).....I hope they get a few brave souls on board!

Let Steve know if you can help....there's T-shirts and train tickets to be had for those up for it.

That's a really positive sounding start for the Supporter's Association. Not sure I can be doing with random tube journeys but as I go down and up the Metropolitan line a couple of days a week I would be happy to switch trains at Wembley, wear the colours and hand out leaflets to anyone who will take them on those journeys without asking for anyone to cover the cost of my tickets. If that works let me know where to get the marketing collateral and I'll get on with it.

I was thinking ( I know that is dangerous) if you are cruising the Jubilee line, would you be looking out for likely Rugby league fans or likely Rugby union fans or likely Sports fans, what does a likely fan look like? Why the Jubilee line? Posters on an escalator on the mainline, might be more expensive but furher reaching. utilizing the Mass media, local tv/radio, Evening Standard, free papers metro, SKY, Beeb, social media, twitter, f/b the Club are the starting point through the RFL to reach all these areas.
The key to the OP is "regardless of if it works or not". It could work as a publicity stunt if publicised and the various media outlets some of which are listed above need to be utilised. As another poster alluded to random tube journeys is rather peeing in the wind, but power to L(O)BSA's elbow and conversation has started......

Great to see the club reach out to volunteers but I very much doubt leafleting on the tube is permitted. Outside tube stations would be fine.

because it's the line to Canons Park - assumption is propbably that if you are using the Jubilee line you are more likely to stay on for or get off at the Hive without having to make significant journey changes.

Leafleting works but make sure you're outside the station. Some company was handing out what turned to be oyster card wallets outside my mainline station this morning by some seriously pretty girls - it worked as I looked up this advertisers website when I got to work.
