Quiet day, so I decided if the mountain won’t come to Mohammed .... I mosied on down to Underhill.

Lo and behold there were players training !!!!

Only 12 mind, but training hard. There number included Lovell, McMeeken, Bishay, Cook, Dolapi, Krasniqi, Caton-Brown, Woodburn Hall, AJ (?), Griffin, Macani, Wicks .... and Robertson ion the side injured.

I had a good old chat with Steve Magee and the message was 1) there are plenty of player irons in the fire but until they are done deals, nothing will be announced, but mainly South Sea Islanders and Aussies 2) the admin is moving to Underhill as off this afternoon 3) the u20s will start up again when things have settled down 4) the mood in the camp is positive, but everyone realises we are up against it.

Mackay rocked up, cursory hello, I felt like ripping into him, but didn't as he disappeared with Steve.

So I feel happy we at least exist, beyond that I am not sure!

Happy enough with South Sea Islanders to get us going. Looking back at their WC sides, you could put a team together from them that would survive comfortably in SL.

I nominate pc plum as marketting manager, cheers for making the effort and the update mate. Good to hear the admin set up is getting a home and starting up again, they may get someone as a web master to get the web site updated.
I have no problem with the club not making any player announcements until they are a done deal, besides if the club kept us informed what would we have to talk about.

Not sure I could stand the deluge of 'advice' from overseas.

I am one of the lucky ones who benefit from the relocation of the club so it wasn't too much trouble driving down to Underhill. Its an old lady of a ground but clearly very functional for Broncos requirements.

I am not sure what the office will compose of, as Steve did suggest most back office activity was being run from the Hive but wasn't sure to what extent. The office the Broncos are moving into was the old BFC Community Development area in the South Stand - puzzling as I thought this stand was moving to the Hive.

And as others have said, lets get players signatures on contracts and visas in place before announcing deals.

I think Mackay was down there to give the young fellas an update on house relocation, etc so it sounds like he's doing something useful.
