Luke Dorn will play his last game for London tonight as he will be having an op next week and playing for Cas next season.

Really? He was the only player tonight on the same planet as Jamie Soward. AND he coaches the Under 19s who look like a better football team than the first team!

I wondered what the commotion was with the players group photo and him leading the team off the pitch. Until reading this thread I had no idea that was the reason and seriously wonder why the club can't inform the fans of such news. Very glad in hindsight, to have shook him by the hand after the game (along with Olsi & Dan) and to offer congratulations on a massive step up in performance from last weeks tonking.

The way some supporters have gone this season, they are not willing to see facts, but just want to be critical.
Dorny did an amazing job with Chad & the Under 19's this season, he so enjoyed his work with them.

Sad news, agree with almost eveyone here, a great player and a good man. And he still can turn it on, he just is sorrounded by dross - poor of the club not to let us know, i might have made the effort to go if i had known!

Mate of mine has a lad in the u19's who says Dorn is an excellent coach, he did a few sessions with the u17s initially and the lads were really impressed by him. Pity we can't keep him on in a coaching role. |
