As a club we are really keen to have you back at the Broncos this season and help support Tony Rea and the team this season.
We appreciate that people move on for a variety of reasons but we‘re keen to see why you’ve not renewed and if there’s anything we can do to welcome you back.
Please complete this short Season Ticket Survey and in doing we would like to invite you and a friend as our guests to our first home game on Sunday February 3rd against Widnes Vikings.
We have decided to extend the early renewal deadline to January 31st and also open up the early renewal prices to 2012, 2011 and 2010 season ticket holders, further information about this can be found at Season Ticket Extension Renewal.

Anyone else recieved this? I lapsed for various reasons, Powell being the most obvious one. Considered getting one again this year then they put the prices up....not suggesting that the prices are unreasonable, I think they're competitive and pretty good for top flight sport, but still slighty out of my range as a lowly teacher living in an expensive commuter town.
Anyway, two free tickets for the chemics, not too shabby! In terms of marketing, a move in the right direction?

| Despite various season tickets, I rarely seem to get contact from the club.
I'm sugned up to the Ezine and get maybe 5 of them a year but the last correspondence I had from the cliub (post or email) was my apology letter for the coach breaking down on the way to Leeds in 2006!
I've sent various emails to the club/marketing etc but don't warrant a response, clearly.

last email I got was back in June 2012.
My boy's a junior member - or was , haven't had or heard anything on that in a while either.

We used to get intermitent emails from the club.....they then became regular when the bird who ed off to the 02 was on board......now it seems that if you're not on twitterbook, the only comms you get are begging letters like these.
I fail to see why a lapsed ST holder would be anything other than a lapsed ST Holder after the Widnes game......there will be 11 more games afterwards, including a monday night game, before the club are moved to the far side of the universe.
....by the way, this email is actually a piece of direct marketing, but as the RFL are finding out, once you give something away unconditionally, it becomes near impossible to then attach value to it. Free tickets are something that Gus tried in 2011 and then catagorically stated he wouldn't use again........desperation measures before the season has started....yet more proof that the guy is out of his depth!

| Yes good to see the email, i am renewing but still nice to see they notice missing fans. Agree that free tickets comes across as a bit desperate. A reminder and a discount wouldve been better.

I don't remember your list of things the club should be doing. But wouldn't contact people off the club's databases been one of them? If so, Reactive messaging is now bad?

I have always trumpeted the use of databases......and will continue to do so.
Reactive is a poor relation to proactive.....as usual, the club announced the ST prices and expected the same 890 as last year to flock to buy them....when they didn't, they sent an email to those people....hardly going to trouble the judging panel at the 2013 Marketing Awards.
All I want is a successful London SL team both on and off the park RB.......I can't see the off the park side happening under the current management, but you carry on defending them anyway......an email to a few hundred lapsed ST Holders bribing them with free tickets is patently the work of a genius in your opinion.
I am not the enemy here RB......the current CEO has done more damage to the club in 24 months than any of my posts either here or on facebook could ever achieve.
