I think it would be a great gesture to play preseason games at Oxford and Hemel. It would give them some profile, build links and give our younger players a run out. You never know it may also raise our profile in the region. How about it TR?

If memory serves me correctly, back in 2004 or 2005 London Broncos played a pre season game up against a London League select side, aka London Barbarians, at St Albans Centurions then new home of Woollams. It was a successful event for sure, as I am sure a similar venture into Hemel or Oxford would be.

Correct. We owe these clubs nothing. If we can't trick too many Super League clubs into a game, then maybe a trip to Fev might be of use.

Hemel have supplied two or three of the current side, so we do owe them something. We need to ensure that the best players coming through in the South East come to the Broncos not elsewhere. Building the game in the region can only help us. The short term thinking on here is alarming sometimes.

You thinking a top flight team should play a bunch of local lads is alarming.

We play the Skolars every year and I have never heard much complaints. I did say it would be a chance to give the kids a run out, what is wrong with that?
