So predictable

We dominate possesion but are clueless in attacking the line.

Kaufusi last play of the second half wins it for Broncos. We are off the bottom. What a struggle.

Just win, baby! Wonderful to remember how the game can get you off your feet with excitement, especially after so much frustration.

Great how the moment we start to play off the cuff, it all falls into place. Genius idea to stop the clock running, all added to the occasion.

Was it 8 seconds left on the clock? Broncos seemed much stronger at defending the wings. Two Widnes tries were a result of Broncos players falling over. Dixon was super fast - a real talent. Kaufusi and Clubb punching a few holes, Gower and Rinaldi directing things. Robertson looked like he was carrying quite a few injuries. Only one offload in the tackle (though no failed glory passes today, thank goodness) I reckon we had the majority of the territory. I reckon we could humiliate Wigan by shipping fewer than 50 points

All the more enjoyable for being there and witnessing the win first hand.

On the flip side, how many times did we drop the ball at the PTB, and Widnes would have won despite being pretty dire if AhVan hadn't dropped the ball over the line with two minutes left. Never mind, just wiiiiiiiin, baby!

We were in there twenty quite a few times but either seemed clueless about what to do with the ball when there, or dropped the balll/knocked on too often. At least they didn't let their heads down as has happened to often in the past.

I thought Rinaldi made quite a difference in attack when he came on.

I agree, there was more urgency and unpredictability about our attack with him on, though he did fumble a PTB or two.

What baffled me was why Kaufusi and Clubb weren't wound up and used on crash ball close to the line. In the first half, we had three or four attacking sets in a row where Kaufusi was just ignored, and by the end he was hardly showing. Yet when they got the ball, they got a try each.

Congrats fellas, may not have been as convincing as you'd have liked but a feck of a sight better than a defeat.

And where on earth is Dorny ?

Because he is a stand-off and we don't need a stand off at the moment! Dorn has more RL knowledge in his little finger than RP, that is why he is not playing.

Oh, and for Gutters.... 2,117 I think was the annouced gate

At least the win gives the club a chance to sack RP allowing him to leave with a bit of dignity.

Having followed the club for 30 years I wont go back until things change, and that hurts.

After watching the club through all their name changes etc I can honestly say that this season has done it for me, no passion, no commitment and no ideas.

Great finish to a pretty dire game, I don't see how people can question the effort but the lack of creativity is becoming increasingly annoying.
