It would be ludicrous to get rid of them, the kids love them and they have far more to do with our Broncos name than they ever did with Quins. They are as much a part of the marketing team as the Cowgirls are/will be.

Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.

were any of the general public there or was this just a press junket?
Is there anything on the horizon for a pre season club launch like we have done in other years with varying amount of success??
Obviously it would have to be when pre season tarining starts in ernest so dont expect anything for at least a month

I have very un-fond memories of running around in 2006 moving kegs and generally cleaning the place up for a Xmas event at the stoop the day after the union lot had played a game........
...it would be good if the club were to organise an "EVENT" at a central London location, for fans, players, staff etc to get together either pre-xmas or in the New Year....send out proper invitations, make a big deal of it....saturday afternoon in the Sports Cafe? |
