It's about time QRL had a new set of Stewards who actually 'steward' and more important have the 'guts' to control visiting fans. Also the General Manger needs to sort out the 'dumb bum' who is supposed to organise & run the so called ticket booking office.

As for Big Mac resigning it matters not a jote as the crux of the problem is financial and failure to invest in top quality playing staff by the so called Chairman and his Dutch mate.

The are not capable of managing the current 'franchise' let alone any 'renewal'.....from 2012. We need a Fans Forum a.s.a.p.

Whilst it is clear we have huge problems, the biggest since the dying days of the Virgin regime I'd suggest, I'm not sure that abusing the man who has (bar a short spell of assistance from Ian Lenegan) effectively single handedly funded the club since Virign withdrew, losing millions in the process, is a good move.

It's an open secret that IL's shareholding in the club is up for sale. I'm sure that David Hughes would be more than happy to welcome anyone with money on board, and would probably stand down if a suitable candidate wanted sole control.

We can shout at David as much as we like but two facts remain true:-

1.If he walks away tonight the club is gone.
2.There has been a shareholding explicitly on sale for several years (and in reality for several years before IL bought in) but no-one has come forward.

A fans forum won't change either of those points.

No one man could have done more for the club than David Hughes, so I can't agree with attacks on him, I'm sure he does not have a endless pocket to keep bank rolling the club.

Stewards at games are problems with every sport, but sums up the current situation we are in, it just seems like survival week to week? nothing is being done right. I just wish Brian Mac was a gentleman and would face reality, rather than his head in the sand after match comments, it is time he did the right thing and rather get sacked resign, but who would replace him. When will virtually every ex RL stop thinking they can be a coach?

Only Quins fans can attack stewards what about the individuals on the pitch! Bottom of the league 2 wins in six months, a coach who says he has no idea and what do we do attack the stewards. Lets all sit in silence because that is what the atmosphere is like and been like that for months.

Yep the same crap each week but the point is attacking stewards when the anger should be directed in other directions who are supposed to be coaching and playing RL. Today was another dumb day 18 - 4 up and still lose.

...I was thinking the same? Stewards are very rarely professional Stewards, so, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for (or less in some cases)!
