so celtic managed to play the postponed wakey game yesterday, why were we not playing Bradfurt? Bit to inconvenient for em as they are in such poor form I wonder? Quarter final weekend a better time 2 play em than semi or final weekend or are we gonna wait 4 the final weekend in the hope we may get some neutral supporters in?
It would have made more sense to have played that game this weekend just in case any other game gets postponed duw to unforseen circumstances and needs to be rescheduled.
Why are the Challenge Cup rounds not more evenly distributed throughout the season? Clubs going out at the 4th round stage get two blank weekends in May and two more in august, plus supporters of the finalists only get three weeks notice of a trip to London for the final, unless they intend to go anyway as neutrals. It would make more senseIMO for the 4th Round to stay as it is and each subsequent round to be a five week intervals. (From memory I think that would leave the final on the same weekend.)
