Slightly bizarre - promote Jamie O'C "on merit" drop Curtis and then send him on loan?

I was surprised that Jamie was one of those who have gone to Skolars. Having said that, it is great that our players are going out on loan to the Skolars rather than to northern clubs.

I have been told that they are not going on loan but are just playing for them on sunday to help out as there are no Quins games this weekend .

I hope they All have a stormer and Skolars realise They should ask their big brother in west London for cooperation more often.

That would make sense, but is it not true that all loan deals have to be for a minimum of one month (like Nanyn's)? Would make a mockery of the system otherwise.

What is a bit odd is if these three lads have signed for a month and seeing the skolars game sunday is their only match for the next four weeks they wont see much game time .

I think there should be an official tie up in some form between the clubs with Skolars able to take a certain number of Quins youngsters/reserves on loan per season. It would benefit both clubs. I'm not sure what official RFL ruling is on this, but if possible, it would be great.

It was Clubb & Dwayne Barker. They played one NL Cup match at home to Crusaders. I think it was in 2007 and I'm certain they would have been on full contracts at the time.

Skolars lost 18 - 34 to Hunslet,
Im guessing thats quite good seeing as Skolars are nearly dead last, and Hunslet, last i checked was fourth, maybe our boys had a positive reaction in helping the team? They all played, wonder if anyone went today? I know some people on here occasionally go to watch matchs.

Jamie O went well, the other two didn't really show anything more than the rest of the Skolars side.
