The 2009 Four Nations promises to be one of the most exciting events of the year.

England will want to put themselves back on the rugby league map after a disapointing World Cup campaign in 2008. France will also want to put their poor World Cup performace behind them and look to cementing their position in the top 4 nations playing rugby league.

Perhaps most exciting of all will be the re-match of the 2008 World Cup final. Can the Kiwi's remain on top of the world after their shock win in the final or will the Kangaroos bounce back to avenge their defeat?

Seems very expensive tbh. But then so does the England vs France game in Doncaster. Who is making the money here, is it the RFL or the two teams? I think i'm still going to go, should be a decent atmosphere and a top match.

And its still a friendly in a small stadium. Its the same price to watch the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley and cheaper to watch the Grand Final at Old Trafford.

But ho hum, OK then, its a bargain.

Honda, works about 6% of the value of the car. I said no to it, let the b*st*rd rust. Mrs Sheen refused to pay for it out of housekeeping.

It's not a friendly (assumes England are any good), it's an eliminator. Will be about 25 better players on show than at either the CC or Grand Final.

Its still a friendly with very little significance. And I value events with some importance and interest higher but each to their own I suppose

It is the 4 nations tournament not the 4 nations friendly series.

As far as I know, the RFL get the gate receipts and will pay rent on the ground to Mr Evans. It will still be a massive opportunity to market Harlequins RL to the convict/kiwi londoners and GATHER THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION for future games..........

I'm sure if England or France win the event there will be some emotional players on the field, even NZ would consider it a big achievement too
