yes he was injuried a couple of games ago (forgot who already), but think it was Le Cats. Didnt look good but not heard anything about since

Yeah I saw him get injured, just heard nothing since. As you say, looked a nasty one.

8 inch calf muscle tear - ouch

Taken from the Leeds 19 man squad news a week ago:

Injury news:
Daniel Heckenberg (shoulder) - not dislocated, and not as bad as first thought.
Joe Mbu (torn calf) – progressing well with rehabilitation, 2-3 weeks.

Blimey, 2-3 week recovery would be fantastic.

Your right, im only just starting to look at uni's

Joe was in the Jesters' before the Hull KR match, and said himself it should only be 2 or 3 weeks, but lets hope thats not just him being too optimistic, as every other injured player that goes in there says " I hope to be back for next weeks match vs ______" and it doesn't usually happen.


The 8 inch tear did sound pretty horrific but he was walking ok, hope he gets better soon.

Any idea how much longer Joe's got on the sick list? He was out in the pre match warm up yesterday and seemed to be moving well
