| HU9 5HE EAST HULL 29 seater - £35 a head 49 seater - £25 a head 72 seater - £20 a head
WF1 5EY HELL VUE 29 seater - £35 a head 49 seater - £25 a head 72 seater - £20 a head
WA2 7NE JERRY'S PLACE 29 seater - £35 a head 49 seater - £25 a head 72 seater - £20 a head
Bottom line, between £35 and £20 a head including minimal donation to the development fund. The "extra" that is charged for the coach goes to either making sure I don't get scorched (yesterday we had 49 people on the fun bus at £15 each...with a few no shows, but after the toll into wales and the tickets for Buck and Dusty....we broke even)
So.......and this is not a booking, just a litmus test.......... who's up for what?
It was brilliant yesterday, even with paddock goading the away day virgins (....friggin intercity ultras ), but I would recommend that we pick 1 game and try to get 3 coaches filled.
To those who weren't on the welsh bus, it was a class 1, luxury coach with DVD player (note to Steve.......remember the discs next time you numpty), loo and air con......
If we can agree a game to target, I will leverage whatever help I can get from the club with promoting this.
Lastly, I have arranged for an East London pick-up/drop off for an extra £50....so there again, that's what the little bit of extra cash will go towards.
"Dan staines was god" and the sudcup massive............no chewing gum at the back of the bus

All journeys are approximately 3 hrs 45 minutes each way, including stops to collect/drop off.
Wakey is a 3.30 KO, the other two 3pm, so 10.15 am depart TW2 (9.15 EAST LONDON) and 6pm to set off home.
M1 for Wakey and Hull, Wire M40.....With potential for 2 service station collect/drops)
This should, as on Monday, give us 1 hour before and 1 hour after the game to quaff ale and point at the locals....
Setting my sights high this time......I would like to see 2 x 72 seaters.....full......complete with DVD's (Steve!)
Free strepsils for all!!!!!

| Sadly, I couldn't make any of those three dates. Now, if you were running a bus to Odsal, I could do that...

Pushing water uphill: |

| Definitely on for HKR, but can't bring the kids before a school day (they loved it, by the way). Can't make Wakey, probably, but should be on for Warrington. Could we slip in a Richmond drop-off in there on the way back?
Buck and Dusty were on the coach??? Don't they make the reserves do it? I always thought it was Jonny Grayshon in there.

"That wasn't a kick, the was a pass with his foot!" Brian Noble making Andrew Voss lose sleep: |

| I, and probably my brother too, would definitely book onto Wakefield and Warrington coaches (this time I will set two alarms so that one of them has to wake me up).
Hull KR I will make my own way up if I can make it.
What would you mean by an "East London" Drop off point, as us Easterners come from many different places, can I suggest it be near a train station if possible, otherwise I may as well just go to Twickenham.
Like the idea though, well done gutterfax for researching all of this.

simpsons/017.jpg Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.:simpsons/017.jpg |
|
| Sounds like Gutters did a good job with the coach (maybe should get money up front though, as not fair if Gutters is out of pocket).
We've already got our train tix for Hull KR or would have joined the festivities.
Warrington could be a goer for us though.
