I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

It was rumoured yesterday and "League Weekly" carry an article this morning that a Quins RL announcement is due today on a major re-organization of the club.
The rumour/report says that Mark Evans is to come on board to oversee Quins RL with also the appointment of a General Manager.
David Hughes would not confirm anything yesterday except that the announcement would be Monday?

Ditto. Bring back The Broncos! Either at The Valley (Charlton Athletic), Loftus Road (QPR FC) or Brisbane Rd (Leyton Orient FC) and get a proper marketing team together to plug the capital's premier RL Club. |

Can't we just wait and see what the announcement is rather than knocking down something we don't yet know the details about.
There is one thing that is perfectly clear we can't survive on the lowest average attendances in Super League of around 3,200 - Someone need to bring CHANGE!

Don't get me wrong (and i'm not accusing you of doing so), I think there is potential for Harlequins RL to be a successful club but changing Harlequins RL into a Union style club would be wrong IMO as the 2 products and experiences are very different. |

Dave,
Are you saying IF Mark Evans is brought in, that he does not have the relevant Business Experience to turn QUINS RL around?
If that is the case, it is a good job that Saracens years ago were not close minded to bring in the late Peter Deakin from Rugby League!
