| Lost 18-22 in a very well matched contest. Great team effort and showed they have every chance of making SL at some point soon if they continue on this trajectory.

| Gutted for the team- going into the final few minutes two points up, conceding a try at the death. They played really well.
Very even game, shows that the London ladies can go up against their northern counterparts and match them.
If the team can carry on maybe they can make the step up in the near future.

Let's hope the LBSA can use their no longer needed sponsorship of the no longer needed academy to help the ladies next year...
It would be fantastic for them to reach SL after the way we have been cast adrift by the powers that be

Not sure what support they got from the club but they have worked hard to get sponsorship for themselves.
Suppose the club may have provided the training facilities at Rosslyn Park.
The LBSA seem very quiet recently given what's going on. Only seen the end of season players votes nothing on Hughes pulling out.

| As expected, Leigh Leopards went on to beat Featherstone 34-16 for a place in the Women's SL. Shows that Broncos Women are not far off making that too.

The LBSA were not allowed by the club to sell their half time draw tickets by the club at all last season.
This was due to the club having its own raffle, the tickets being ten pounds each.
This took away a large amount of the monies that the LBSA were able to raise.

More spitefulness on Hughes part?
He seemed to have it in for the LBSA,

| The thing about the club raffle was, that they wanted the LBSA to sell their raffle tickets for them among the crowd.
The late Alfie, who was the main 50/50 seller, refused and nobody else volunteered, which is why they were only sold in the hospitality.

Just another baffling decision by the club. They will no doubt save a room for Hughes at St Mary of Bethlehem's.

| Good to see Broncos Ladies appear alive & well & due to compete in the Northern Championship. Should give them better competition & a better shot at WSL.

| Good luck to the ladies. It's a jump in standard which is only way they will improve. Hopefully they can compete and not be at the end of too many big scores. Good to see the expansion of the ladies game.

Given that they narrowly lost to Leigh in the Championship final who had won all 16 of their league fixtures & won the Northern Championship in a canter, I'm not sure they will be hammered by many, if any. Their biggest problem may be getting fit enough & being able to commit to a longer season. Over the last 2 seasons, they have the measure of Cardiff, so I wouldn't see them finishing bottom.
