It's not a total wind up. I've good reason to believe the club has at the very least given consideration to playing the Warrington match "on the road" at Milton Keynes, as I explained earlier. Hopefully the speculation about a permanent move to MK is no more than hypothesis. I hope that doesn't happen though and think it would make more sense to follow up the recent Friday match with Bradford by playing this game on the Friday too. (At The Stoop!)

| If we were to move to Milton Keynes, would we then be able to sign as many Aussies as we like (e.g. Wrexham) as a club in a new `expansion` area???

| If (and it's a bloody big if) we move to MK, I can foresee the Skolars suddenly getting a lot more fans

Why? I find Sundays a pain, they don't do anything for me.

Have talked to a few fans on this and a couple that live away from TW2 said They would find it very diffcult work etc. Sure the club could come up with something to give them the incentive to come on a friday night.

| Like what Windy? Jobs on a Fri in Richmond-are you really being serious.
They struggle to email most fans to tell them there is a game on-now you are suggesting they negotiate job share schemes with employers

| Assuming the majority work a 9-5, reaching the ground by 8pm wouldn't be an issue unless you worked in Pontefract or Penzance.

| I dont really care when we play or where. As long as I can get there in an hour or so and its not during work hours....because guess what...London RL is a priority in my life. Unless it clashes with your involvement with amateur RL or we move 100 miles away youve got no excuse. You're just another whinger.

| I would think the biggest problem for a lot of fans wouldn't be the getting there on time.......but getting home may be slightly trickier. Those brave souls who come from the East side of the capital, or deepest darkest Kent would be looking at a 2 hour+ journey home by Public Transport.
1 regular fan from Kent that I know of works in the City......she would have no problem getting to TW2 for 6pm, never mind 8pm. Problem is if, and this would mean heading off at the final whistle, she gets a train back to waterloo, then walks over the bridge to embankment, then gets the tube to canon street, then gets a train to Kent, then gets a cab/lift home, she would be lucky to be tucked up in bed by midnight......not a particularly nice or safe journey for a lady on her own.
This is another example of the club facing a problem and not dealing with it firmly. 2006 we moved back to the stoop.........nearly a full 5 seasons ago and yet they still won't make a decision....and stick with it.

Not sure if this is aimed at me, but the fact that the train journey from mine to Milton Keynes is 1hr 45 mins (2 hrs if you add the bus ride from my home to the station, and then more depending on how far the MK Stadium is from the station that end) at £25 return means I wouldn't be able to afford to attend all the homes games that I can afford to do at The Stoop, regardless of London RL being a priority in my life. From my point of view I would be devasated if we ever left the Stoop and moved to MK because I wouldn't be able to afford to watch the team I love so often.
