FFS.......I despair at the level of utter incompetence at both the RFL and what passes itself off for the club
If there are 40,000,or even 4,000 people who bought tickets to the Big Hit, who hail from inside the M25 then the RFL and London should be paying for these people to be bussed to games at the Hive.......not ed up membership schemes where the seller hopes you will lazily forget to cancel your Direct Debit.
A Hive membership IS NOT A ST TO THE LONDON BRONCOS, but is a membership to a facility. The Club will receive little if any benefit from fans buying into the scheme other than about a 2 quid discount on game day ticket prices. I know some fans will buy these things believing they are supporting the club, but in reality, the only way to actually put cash in the clubs coffers will be through replica gear and the club shop.......AK pretty much gets everything else.
We are paying AK to let us play on his pitch as well as to market us and look after paperclips. Then, not content with that, he then gets more cash on the gate and over the bar and food counters.....London Broncos funding is from SKY and Hughes. If the tickets, bar and food don't equal Hughes input in 2014 then AK will cut us loose......
in 2012 Corporate, ticketing and other revenues generated 540k......Hughes ploughed in 2.2 million.
2011 500k and 1.9 million
2010 580k and 2.5 million
....all buying a Membership will do is delay the inevitable for12 months and buy you 13 hammerings.
