| The Leigh game will be interesting/telling. They thumped us at home, they are on a roll. To win would be astonishing, being competitive important - I pray for the former, hope for the latter, fear the worst.......

| I think its weighted against the championship sides, due to salary cap, intensity week in week out etc
Maybe a promotion system where the team going up is given one years grace (i.e. can't be relegated to allow them to settle in and build)

| That assumes a championship side can actually get promoted? Not convinced by the system, whilst franchising is a model that works elsewhere, the lack of opportunity for clubs outside the top flight is unfair. So not sure what the answer is. But would be great if we can win our home games, Leeds may well prove a step too far, and be competitive away......

| Bottom one or two SL team/s go down and top team/s come up. NO relegation for the promoted team/s for two years as they need to build a SL team. Make SL worth fighting for and put some interest back into RL. At the moment it is heavily weighted against anyone getting out of the championship and therefore cut any real competition.

| So if the two going up can't get relegated for 2 seasons does that mean the two teams that got relegated cannot get promoted? Will that just not weaken the teams that drop, look what's happened to bradford

So at the end of the first year if they finish 11 and 12 it would be the 9 and 10 placed teams being relegated. The following year you have four exempt teams, a potential scenario of the 7 and 8 placed teams being relegated. Not sure that could be ever considered workable.

| I see two of Leeds away matches have made it to TV, and against opposition they will probably put to the sword. Fev have a 24 point headstart with the bookies and I reckon that that's probably about right.
Our biggest game is today, it's effectively a semi final. Whoever wins out of London/Leigh will make the million pound match.

| Well it was close enough for my liking, but both sides will have to wait for SL opposition to truly know anything.
