the club does seem disinterested in it's own survival but if it was a deliberate ploy you wouldnt splash out on the full (or near to) cap. Some decent players have been signed, it just hasnt been matched by 1% with work off the field though. Or on the field come to think of it

I can only assume the Stoop and the local area has been written off, they intend on playing somewhere else in London or thereabouts next year and then they'll put the money into marketing themselves. If they cant get a deal on a ground then they'll stay at the Stoop for a few more years and hopefully start making an effort.
It's irritating how a faction of those in the north can use the attendances to beat London over the head with, they completely ignore the fantastic work being done around the South East expanding the game and producing players, so hopefully someone at the club does in fact have a plan to boost them. If the Broncos do relocate next year and still sit on their hands then they might as well give up the ghost.
In the meantime just get yourself down to the Stoop, get some mates down, brainwash your families, buy some gear (when they sort out the sizes!) and enjoy what we've got - a fantastic sport in a decent setting, more fool the rest of London for not seeing that (although,of course, it might help if someone told them!!!)
On Saturday evening I was flicking through the channels and alighted briefly on ESPN and it was really weird - there was a game going on that looked a bit like Rugby but it was slow, boring and involved a lot of pushing about and stoppages and kicking and clapping. It was at the Stoop and the place was packed. The home team were wearing what looked a bit like our old home kit. I'm not sure if I actually dreamt it all but if not why anyone with the gift of sight and a functioning brain would prefer that to what we've got is beyond me. They're a bit weird down here
