They're training in Broncos training gear, and the way I read it the PT guy is on hire by the Broncos or RFL to get the guys into shape.
It is slightly comical that they're are only 2 or 3 players involved though. |

I thought they guy who is working with them mentioned more than 2 or 3, and they seem to be enjoying it, it's better they are working on fitness, otherwise it would be on the X Box or iPhone all day long. |
