Still say Bradford by 8 and a crowd of 7,300
Listy says Bradford by 30 and I daren't ask what crowd he thinks...

| Hmmm...seems there might not even be a game
With the breakdown between the RFL and the Moore led trio looking beyond repair with both side issuing "curt" statements, I can't see a silver lining for the Bulls in the short term.
The will be on half money this year from the central pot, starting at a 6 point disadvantage and in all probability, will need to do what we and Wakey have done to our squads, and cut back to the bones. This means they are hardly an interesting proposition to a potential investor as they will surely be relegated along with either us or Wakey.
The only hope I can see for them is if they find a benefactor and quickly, or they will end up in liquidation and dropping down to the foot of the RL pyramid.
As it stands, the players and remaining staff will now not know who it is they work for or who will pay them, if they are to be paid at all.....very messy indeed.
London by 10 (if I am allowed to change my prediction)...coyb
Ref is Mr T Roby BTW....

| Im nervous about 2 things. The size of the Odsal pitch and the wounded, angry Bulls players. Our defence was good for large spells but Salford found gaps quite easily in some periods on the small Hive pitch.
If we can't tighten up our defence for the full 80 we'll lose by 20-30 points.
I predict 28-12 to the wounded and angry Bulls.

| In 'The Times' this morning, Christopher Irvine has cast doubts as to whether the game will go ahead - happy chappy, isn't he?

The Broncos should refuse any request to cancel the game and turn up at Odsal. If Bradford cannot raise a team, or don't have insurance, or whatever else, and they do not take to the field or the doors are locked, then they forfeit the game and we should be awarded the points.
None of the northern clubs like us, none of them want us in their league, sod 'em! It's 'dog eat dog' this season I'm afraid.

| I felt that Bradford, Wakefield and Castleford would be amongst the bottom four whilst Widnes and Catalans would also miss out on the play-offs this time out. Not much has changed my mind... I don't see any of the names I mention finishing above the two Hull clubs and Salford who I suspect will be the 6th to 8th clubs.
Given that Bradford are missing their best two halfbacks in Jarrod Sammut and Lee Gaskell plus theiir best Prop Garreth Carvell and have just gone through yet another morale sapping episode you wonder how much of a reaction there will be on Saturday. There are only so many times you can create an artificial emotional high and the big pre-season thrashing to Castleford suggested that morale may not be that high.
I'll be going and let us hope for an improved performance again.

| Well they are fighting for their jobs Mark which is a big motivation. This has probably come a few weeks too soon so im hoping we get lucky although if its a big improvement on Salford game i'll be happy. I would love to see Greenwood Duckworth and Dollapi back though and Farrar to get some gametime whatever the score.

| Those who saw Greenwood play against Catalans and Leeds say he had a very good game. Also came highly recomended. Duckworth is just another player who his clubs fans rate highly but we havn't seen but we need all our bodies available especially as not having him fit has meant we have had to play JOC.

| I read on the Bradford site that RFL will be paying the players this month.

Great stuff. The RFL needs a strong Bradford Bulls in Superleague
to pay their rent!
