Sadly Chris Leatherbarrow died in November although the cause of death is as yet unknown, it is not being treated as suspicious. RIP.

Just an update guys today's football game at Staylbridge has been postponed.
It's heavy rain all day but forecast dry for tomorrow hopefully someone makes a decision early for the fans

Why postponed? Pitch waterlogged? If so would be surprised if they get it sorted for tomorrow

Apparently our game is on , the weather forecast and the fact that the pitch drains well means we should be.
I hope so because we are just about to leave.

Yep waterlogged also Oldham athletic just gone and the game at Hyde, both only a couple of miles away.
I'm hoping the forecast that says the rain should die out around 9pm is correct.
