"Chris Bailey has been recruited initially as a standalone employee who will report directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive.
This is because our initial findings have immediately recognized that recruitment and retention in 2013 is at severe risk if we allow those responsible for acquiring the likes of Nick Koupartisas to have any say in further selections.
Chris will report to the Director of Rugby League once appointed and work with the coaching staff, whoever they will be."

But he could also be recruiting a new coach. It doesn't say 'Player recruitment' but Head of Recruitment.
Would think that is the problem - getting someone to sell this as a club that anyone would want to coach up to a good standard. Out of the 'heartlands', expensive living, all the travel, Ground probs, not for the faint hearted.

I believe we don't have that good a reputation over here in oz. Nothing to do with current coach.
However. You will always find a player to go over. |

Dom finally got sick of having to rearrange the deckchairs and threw himself overboard. The sad part is he is very happy away from the black hole and improving his golf handicap. Promise to drag him with me to the Wigan game even if it's kicking and screaming. Also hoping to bring along another ex grafter Nigel Waters and if plans can fall into place, maybe even a certain ex CEO if we can get him out of the desert. Maybe Mr Bailey should look to re-recruiting staff that gave it their everything for the club.
