That’s a shame, he’s been a good player for us but I suspect when you are putting your body on the line the chance to get a few more games in the Championship for a bit of extra money is not so motivating. I suspect navigating an off field career with the demands of RL are difficult. Even the mechanics of getting across London to go to evening training twice a week must be a chore.

I suspect he will be the next announcement but I did wonder if his role will be player/assistant coach.

Having said that, I'd expect Dan Hoyes to sign. Plenty of space to fill in the backs still. I suppose more of the Reserve team may sign such as Joe Stocks.

I recall reading he was linked with someone. Think it was Fev Rovers. I suspect he’ll take that option. He did well for us though.

Good to retain him. Still relatively young, plays pretty much every game and has experience which we’ll need.
