The initial planning permission for the new Brentford ground specifically prevented rugby being played there from memory. It would be possible to try and amend it but both that and the sums of money involved suggest Broncos aren't going there to me.

Look on the bright side.

The club are bound to get around to Erith at some point in their circumnavigation of London & surrounding areas.

Definately not the only one that finds it depressing. Just about get to grips with the current location and we're off again (alledgedly). The rumour I heard did not involve Hayes though. Whether any truth in it we'll have to wait and see.

If (and it is an IF) we were locating somewhere with facilities with growth potential, so long as we were buying into the development so had a share in the facilities then I could see an acceptable rationale. If not its just another move for another couple of years and then... Also next location might suggest where our long term goal or aspiration actually is. And that might be the thoroughly depressing bit.

About time the club came back round my neck of the woods! Those days at the Valley are a long time ago, but it'll have to be a ground share with Erith Town as Erith & Belvedere already share with Welling United!

Rob there's always Dartfords new ground.. Maybe not be erith or Bexleyheath but still around this way so quick to get home and then able pick up a takeaway on the way home.

That's right! Tidy little ground is Princes Park! Gets my vote!

Ebbsfleet Utd are redeveloping their ground, perhaps that would do.

I know they've been looking at Ealing trail finders ground. Wouldn't have thought big enough though !

I couldn't stand another rant about how f*****g clueless Hughes is and how he has destroyed the club.

For the record, this time 2 years ago we we back as the Broncos, had 4 times as many fans, were looking forward to a Challenge Cup Quarter Final and Keiran Dixon was on his way to 21 tries in a side that finished second from Bottom......Progress eh! Innit great?

So far, playing in the Summer has been a marginal success, just about everything else a miserable failure.

Less clubs, less competitions, less fans, less sponsorship, the only thing that has gone up is Sky's money, a double edged sword as their control has risen accordingly!

Its been a massive success. Look at the new grounds clubs now have, increased crowds, Wigan not winning everything, Grand final and the play offs, WCC........................

That would just about signal the end of the club. Ealing Trailfinders isn't a ground, it's a field with a pavilion.

Depends, are they buying the ground? If they're buying it it's a whole new beginning!

No chance. The old sports club still exists but was, to all intents and purposes, bought by the owner of Trailfinders and he's been single-handedly funding a professional team for a few years now. That's how they've been playing in RUs second tier despite literally no-one paying to watch them.

Don't think Trailfinders is great by public transport if is that one, though given they don't seem to need a tenant financially, this seems a long shot.

Another long shot, I don't believe it would be ready for next season, but the old Feltham Arena site?

I had the offer of free entrance to a game there.

I got so bored by the journey I gave up half way & went & wandered round Westfield instead.

It's a very modern setup at Vallis Way, but if I recall, the stand holds very little indeed.
Would Ealing want us there, now that they are back in the RU Championship?

It's a couple of miles from Ealing Broadway station, which means a 30 minute walk, a taxi or 2 buses.

Maybe we have got ourselves some land and will build our OWN purpose built stadium!!

Ealing is the rumour I have heard. Three direct buses routes from Ealing broadway. Big Fullers pub near the ground.

We need to be buying in if its Ealing. My bet is we are.

Castle park station closed on a Sunday. Prefer Saturday games as the state I got in last Sunday after drinking all day at the Hive then carrying on with Skolars players in Wood Green spoon doesnt mix with work on a Monday
