I may be wrong, but it looks like players are signing 1 year contracts which you might say is reasonable given the doubt about Broncos' future. While I can see why we wouldn't want to saddle the club with the expense of 2/3 year contracts, what is wrong with following Football's example & adding a 1 year club held option? We should know before the end of next season if we are going again in 2026. Otherwise any standout performers will head north.

From what we know about our finances the likely hood is the 7 are being paid out of the 10k crowd funder, circa 300 STs and 50 odd shirt sales and a few quid from the lottery In the circumstances it’s good if not thrilling news. Gawd knows how we’re paying for PL plus training facilities. Maybe we held a bit back from central funding this year?
