A glance at the Ealing council website ([urlhttps://pam.ealing.gov.uk/online-applications/simpleSearchResults.do?action=firstPage[/url shows no planning application lodged since may 2018 and that was for floodlights....the previous application for a pavilion/creche {[urlhttps://pam.ealing.gov.uk/online-applications/files/5E1C120E2744AC612128A330E374C1D0/pdf/173488FUL-3802-P720_ELEVATIONS_2_-2275240.pdf[/url} isn't a stand either, so I am unsure of exactly how they have started work and have no doubt that they will stop once the first of many complaints arise.

Maybe they're going to retrospectively apply, but without planning consent, there will be no fire or safety certification, insurance or anything else that will allow the public to use it.

Not sure about the stand on the second pitch, can’t imagine that laying the second all weather pitch was cheap,unless they intend to look at something that can be erected and taken down pretty quick.

Didn't have nothing to do with relegation they went bust/emerged with Irish

Saying something will never happen is interesting.
There was a time in the past when Some would have said RU would never become a professional sport.
