Interesting to see in yesterday's papers that Saracens are charged £40k a match by Watford Football Club for the hire of Vicarage Road, with all bar takings going to the football club.

Received a text from the Club that 'Weekend reports suggest Harlequins coach Brian McDermott is being lined up by Leeds Rhinos as a possible replacement for Brian McClennan.' Make of it what you will.

He is going to Leeds but as assistant to McClennan not to replace him.

I've been wrong before, and will be again, but in this case - yeah, right. He's going from ruling himself out of the running for the Bulls, and being committed to London RL, under contract as a Super League coach to being 2nd to McLennan? I don't think so.
