| Is this what we got a so called top coach for? I've never seen such utter garbage in attack. A half where we didn't create one attacking opportunity and couldn't get out of our own half, embarrassing

| I'll join you on here although I missed the match.
Obviously, I don't think you should worry too much about being by Saints, because most teams will this year, but what's the main issue you're having at the moment?
Is it just building up confidence and patterns and processes like Watson says? Or do you have many injuries? Or is it the quality of the players/coaching?

| They defend too defensively. Which sounds dumb, but I mean they seem to be happy to give away 10m every tackle as long as the line stays intact, rather than defending territory and trying to ensure the next set starts in a good position.

| I was surprised by the failure to go wide early in the first half. Saints compressed defence made it easy for them as we were playing one out rugby. The backs carried the ball far too often. I was pleasantly surprised with the second half, English was very good, Jones carried well, but we need more from our props.

| Very disappointed so far with what Watson has brought and don't see much difference from last season so far. He obviously has an effect at half time, why can't we play first halves like the second? Am I right in thinking Salford made plenty of second half comebacks? Frustrating yet again we give plenty penalties/set restarts away and don't run on to the ball. Plenty talk of getting the processes in place -is it going to take all season?
