That was a great defensive effort ( whoever your favourites are ). Hull had enough possession and field position to win that game easy, and despite them making lots of yards on their setts they were held at bay where it matters.

Giants had few chances first half but they made them count, second half they were containing Hull fairly comfortable really, or at least they had a far bigger share of the game, Thought Brough had a decent game myself amongst others.

Few too many handling errors going into collision in the early stages but a solid performance for the best part of 60-65 minutes. Another 2 points on the ladder as well.

The most pleasing part of the whole thing for me was seeing Woolford showing some passion!
Jumping up and punching the air when we scored, showing his pleasure at some solid defence- great to see how much he’s invested in this !

I thought Wardle showed great quality with some of his touches, big future for him.

started off same as last week knocking on not completing sets and doing far too much defending... but we got away with it, somehow built up a lead!!

got stronger as the game went on.

big blow losing ikahihifo, doesnt look good.

thought jake wardle was great as was brough who actually managed the game this time!!!!!

cudjoe and leeming not playing was a surprise.
