Sounds like we've got someone lined up to come in this year by Thormans interview. With Walne going out on loan, it will free up more cap space for someone to come in immediately.

Mason is a strange one as a Leigh fan, got the build and until his injury has been exceptional for us. Makes good yards, strong defence and plenrtbof minutes.

Lower level of competition I appreciate but if this guy is of that standard he'll do for me

Glad to hear Nathan is doing well. He didn’t do much wrong in my eyes-
I think the problem with Nathan was he was young but wasn’t improving from playing the odd game here and there. He’s clearly the type of player who needs to be playing each week- and stone didn’t pick him. Things may be different now he’s got regular game time with Leigh.

Surely Mason will be given a chance at Huddersfield next season. He's a BIG unit (compared to most of our pack) and he's been great, some games doing the full 80 minutes.
You clearly don't rate Adam Walne, but he's hardly played for you has he ?

This is the problem when you sign players on long contracts who are so bad no other side wants to touch them. I feel Gaskell is only playing because he is getting paid so much we have to put him in the shop window. He is awful in attack and gets physically dominted in defence, he looks more like a football player than a Rugby player, the hit by Kelly tonight was plain embarrassing.

No it wasn’t embarrassing it was a big hit.
Now I’m not Haskell’s biggest fan but can’t bag him tonight- Gaskell put in some solid tackles against a big hull edge- he also had some nice touches with ball in hand.
