Totally useless had an account for ages and all you get is bad password even when they reset it so as I live in Barnsley these days I’ll have to either drive to Huddersfield or pay full price on the gate this is going to encourage people to get to the match.

Well the alternative is watch it on Sky for nowt as a matter of principle

Ring and leave a message. They will get back to you- but as we now have just one staff member working in the shop at the same time as dealing with tickets she can’t serve and answer the phone simultaneously.
You can buy your early bird ticket online and pick it up on the day.

Ring up and they can email the tickets to you. Had to do that for the last round as my account is also not working. Bit of a theme here !

Tried to get ticket for Catalans game online same problems so ended up going to club store - not easy as do not live in Hudds. Then later same day club announces tickets for Leeds away - never mentioned whilst in shop!!! Managed to get those online weirdly.
Used the online ticket system many times and normally OK - first time problem for me. Not good though as we need to make buying tickets seamless as we can't afford to put punters off.

Only complete idiots keep doing the same thing expecting a different result what is the point of making people pay more on the day if they don’t go to the ground , in a stadium that will be 85% empty. It’s been great to see the recent on field upturn in fortunes but off the field the shambles remains hard to get any success while that situation continues in the long term.

I logged in this morning to the site, bought tickets for Catalan and Leeds away without a problem.

The "print at home" is a great option as its free.

What a Joke trying to buy a ticket for the Cats game. No window open, they sent us to the shop. 3 Town terminals 1 Giants terminal (I get that, they have more supporters) but there were 10 to 12 Giants fans wanting tickets. The lady at the front was having some difficulty with her card so the queue was just building. I just thought what am I doing waiting here for ages for a ticket when I could watch it on TV without the hassle. We are certainly second class citizens now at the stadium. Also it takes room up for people wanting to look at merchandise.

I don’t think it’s about being second class citizens- I think it’s more about cost cutting.
