Good player 23 years old from Halifax can play stand off / across the back line being offered on loan by Salford. Surely a good option for us this season and in the future if we don't Hull KR will ?

I'd rather give faz or wood a shot. Our own youngsters should be developed before those of another team. If it were an experienced player then I could see the positives. As it is we have a lot of young players ATM mellor, leeming, wood, mackintosh, roberts, Mason already getting regular spots, Dickinson, m wood, English, Simpson, o brien other youngsters on the outer edges- and remember mamo is only 22!!!! if we are going to bring in a loan it should be some experience IMO

He lives in Huddersfield and his contract is up at the end of this season so may fancy a permanent move.

He reminds me abit of Greg Eden.

I honestly don't think Jared Simpson is going to make it as a SL player and Ormsby will be gone at the end of the year if what I hear is true.

Evalds can play in the halves, wing or FB, is quick - better player than Brierley all round and much better than Ormsby or Simpson.

He's unlucky at Salford because O Briens goal kicking and general kicking means he has to play. Carney, Lui and Dobson make it extremely difficult to get in the halves.
Carney is a beast on the wing.
Johnson is also in very good form at present - if he hasn't been a idiot on that night out, would probably be on the left wing for us now.

Evalds is a good player.

Not sure he is the answer but would take him on loan and see how he goes

Agree completely with 2 comments above plus it would help us on numbers ( coach keeps saying how short we are) plus give us cover at halfback and a loan we could see if he was the answer and better than Brierley. Never know maybe someone at the club looks at this forum !

He has a better all round game than Brierley. I would take him in a shot, Not to keep our own Youngsters out but to give us some depth, It's only a loan and if he proved to be good we would be in prime position to sign him if his contract is up.
Better than giving out long term contracts and then getting rid. It is by no means certain yet yet where we will be playing next year. Next game will give us more idea about that.

Ormsby is good imo just neglected of game time

Can he really play half? Looks a good player in the back line but doesn't look like much of a creative/kicking half to me... Saying that I'd rather have him over Ormsby

He was pretty phenomenal today at FB. Shame for us how well obrien is playing but the lad is looking for first team opportunities at FB.

Well fullback is an area we have options- so he wouldn't get them here in that position.

He has played 2 games for Fax on DR on the wing. Was pretty ineffective there TBH
