| How has the young man been doing at FB for you guys?
I wouldn't ever have said he was cut out to be a FB and from the few highlights I have seen of him in action this season I won't be changing my mind any time soon.
For me he is a 7 all day long.

| He's only had a handful of games there to be honest-played in The halves due to our injuries- or not been selected at all. he's gone just as well at FB as in the halves. Or just as badly depending on your view....

| I like the look of him. Full of enthusiasm which counts for a lot with me. He'll get better with more time, experience and size

| Superleague fitness and a bit more size will make him a better player. He has clearly struggled at times.

| Would suggest a massive percentage of his personal inner thoughts on the move hinge radically on the next 7 games and how the results go for us and Leigh - other than "the package hes on --wouldnt you agree?
ps -just a thought .........
Does anyone on here factually know if hes actually been asked what position hed personally actually prefer to play -or isit all still being influenced by the theories of a coach whos now left and a coach whos unfortunately had very little chance to analyse his style and qualities
I M O I`d consider that a very important consdideration. on our futuire potential or lack of it ........

We put our faith in the new coach and hope he has more idea than the last. However should he be declared a full back, there will be plenty on here ready to claim PA was right all along, despite the position we ended up in. He may well be a decent fullback in time, or he may end up in the halves, It's RS's job to get the best out of him. " and quick ".

| Must admit that I always fancied Ryan would make a good full back. He was a lightning quick, opportunist in the Championship but, by the time he left us, hadn't mastered many of the skills required to play half back. Of course, those skills could still come, but he would definitely have more space, (and he doesn't need much) at full back. Either way, he's a highly promising player, at any level.
Just watch out for his former mentor, and your former hooker, sneaking under the radar and whisking him off to Toronto! Of course, he might have to come back to Leigh, for that to happen!
Anyway, enjoy his skills and good luck to the young man.

If rowley does whisk him away he would have to buy him out of a four year deal. Sounds as if Toronto can afford it!

Then he'll sign for Swinton for a few games.
