| Magnificent tribute to Ronan both before the game and the applause in the 17th minute and 'Ronan Costello we won it for you ' was very fitting at the end of the night.
Both sets of fans did the young man and the other players on the field from that game proud !!
Rugby League did it properly with great respect and the Giants fans there tonight were magnificent !!

| The minutes applause was also superbly respected at Wakefield as was the 17th minute applause, well done everyone!

| Have to say that it was a very emotional moment when Ronans team mates came out and the applause felt like it was never going to stop... Then to see the teams come out to silence... Heart wrenching stuff. Nobody instructed the fans of both clubs to stay silent and I don't recall ever seeing this at a game... Which proves to me that every supporter in that ground felt the same. We all stood together. On the night I felt disappointed with my own teams performance... But if ever there was a time to be beaten by Huddersfield... This was it. It seems only right that you had a victory to dedicate to his memory.

| Excellent tribute by both sets of fans, especially poignant when the players walked out amidst a backdrop of silence, which in itself was emotional, folloiwng a good 5 minutes of applause after the young lads came out and lined up, I watched Andy Kelly go along the line, and touched or patted every single one of those young guys, i was welling up when the applause died down and the silence started, i don't know if it was planned that way, but it was a very poignant moment.
the 17th minute tribute was also very good too and well respected by both clubs.
And on that note, a MASSIVE well done to Salford and their fans, it couldn't have been easy for them to host a tribute for another clubs' player but they did a good job of and it, and plenty of respect for their fans for the banner, but should we be surprised? as it said on the banner #RLFAMILY.
well done everyone, i hope Ronan was looking down on all that.

Yet their brave bid came to a stunning end when Cudjoe stepped out of the defensive line to intercept a pass and then run away for a 90-metre effort. (Times 2)
