| Wanted by Wigan (Yesterday in Rugby Leaguer) Thoughts?
I would swap him for Sam Powell

| He's a keeper. Yet to show his potential in my eyes. He adds that aggressive running into our game.

| like when they wanted patrick?
keep taai, showing his true game now and playing well
think he has another year on contract after this season too, so would be plenty of wheeler dealing to do!
may all revolve around Huby

| I very much doubt it would revolve around Huby
there are lots of players contacts up this year
Murphy
Grix
Faiumu
Chan
I think Huby is a direct replacement for Faiumu who I believe is going at the end of the year
Zac Hardaker - 2047
Matty Russell - 1409
Jamie Shaul - 1439
Morgan Escare - 1080
Ben Cockayne - 1682
Jake Mullaney - 1206
Rhys Hanbury - 1189
Jonny Lomax - 1583
Scott Grix - 1012
Matty Bowen - 1260
Although i do like Grix and he is consistent, this is metres made by full backs so far this year and as you can see we don't make the most metres back...i do believe this is an area we could strengthen

| Those figures don't tell the whole story because the tactic the Giants use is that once Grix fields the kick he passes straight on to one of his wingers to take the drive and they are making big metres every week.

| yep exactly - it also frees grix up to follow the ball and get a quick ptb on the next set from DH. Its a similar tactic we employed with hodgson too.
wigan can keep their dirty hands off taai and patrick! (oh how things have changed!!)

| Ain't it funny how just before we play Wigan there is always a potentially upsetting story, last time it was Patrick to Wigan, time before it was Danny Brough to Union.
Seems like some Wigan supporting journos are little better than internet trolls!
Come to think of it there was similar guff came out last week about Wigan's kids having to take on Leeds, completely ignoring Leeds have a few injuries themselves including no fit hookers, JJB, Kirke, Watkins and Briscoe all out. Yes Wigan were weakened, but I think Leeds were weakened just as much, not that either coach or club would complain - only the Trolls posing as journos.

Or just Wigan have a cracking youth system (as to be fair Leeds do) but if they can carry on winning week in week out with such inexperience remains to be seen. I think they may blow hot and cold until their stars return but however it turns out I don't think the journalists are playing the game you think they are and hope our squad give two hoots either.

1638.jpg How do you tell a communist? Well, it's someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It's someone who understands Marx and Lenin.

Absolutely. And in addition to their different undoubted skills, they all possess that uncoachable commodity - pace.
