| I have made contact with the club regarding setting up a designated area for flags / displays in the stadium.
The club has responded positively, and put me onto the stadium manager.
I've put forward the wing of Britannia, and upper tier of fantastic media as options? I know in previous topic / posts there have been a few of us indicating that they'd be up for bringing their flags in.
Would there be support to get this going for the saints game? If I can add weight of numbers to the stadium manager he may be more inclined to go with a designated part of stadium.
I'd also be up for putting money into a collection to put towards a giant flag (pardon the pun), or other mid sized flags. With our attendances well half of capacity, I really think it could add something visually to match day.
Would there be any others for this? This kind of thing could be organised in conjuction with hgsa, or standalone?
Thoughts?

| i have a big flag which is just plain claret and gold but no wording on it.i will bring it to the saints game if any others are going up?
we have talked before about getting a big flag/banner paying homage to one ken davy, not sure how feasible this would be though.
regarding the saints game, we should try and get as many singers together as we can i reckon, i posted something on the match thread about trying to encourage people to come to the back of the kilner bank and make some noise.
maybe eddie could put something on the fanzines twitter thingy??

How big are flags lads? The hgsa one looked a fair size when I saw it at KR match.
I'm up for meeting up pre match to help put flags up.
Ref the Ken Davy flag / banner idea, I'd be up for putting towards a fund for one. We could set something up on paypal, to collate funds? I'll look into it (either setting up myself or to help someone else set up).
I'll have a look for prices etc and feedback.

| I used to put mine up in the FMU a few seasons back, I think the Britannia Rescue would be a good option.
I think mine is 12ft by 6 ft
Its a claret and gold St Georges Cross with the words
HGRL

| Nice flag pal. Barmy flags?
Still no feedback from stadium manager. I'll try ringing tomorrow. Regards fire certification and dealing with stewards etc, it may make it easier if we offer to meet up with stewards at same time pre match? to make it easier for them. Shows willing on our side, which tends to go some way.
I'll try and upload piccy of my flag, but not too tech savvy.

| Yeah Barmy Flags, they supplied me with a fire certificate. The HGSA one is from Barmy Flags too great quality but they come with a cost. The KSDL staff were really helpful a few years back, I can't see why they would not allow us to place our flags in the stadium. I will see if I can put mine up on Sunday.
