Has anyone watching the World Cup on Premier Sports noticed what a breath of fresh air Andrew Voss, the Auusie commentator is. His commentates enthusiastically without going overboard, adds humour without overdoing it and obviously knows his stuff. With Daryl Halligan as his trusty lieutenant ( he again only chips in when necessary and always informatively with a touch of humour ), these two put Eddie and Stevo to shame. Sky should push the boat out TWICE, once to get these two on board and the second boat should be pushed out with Eddie on it along with Stevo.

Yep. The quality in Australia is outstanding with Voss only being one of them. He is excellent though.

Vossy has been brilliant, along with Premier Sports, thanks virgin, have really enjoyed the coverage - just a pity so many people didn't share this ......

Much as I like Vossy and co, I wonder if we get carried away simply because it's a different voice. If he'd been around for 20+ years over here, we may well be tired of his schtick as well.
If you get what I mean.

jonathan davies is the worst of the lot for me..

I think Jonathan Davies is pretty good to be honest. He talks a lot of sense and is very knowlegable about the game, same can't be said for the Sky buffoons. Think Vossy and Halligan talk sense thats why people like them, nothing to do with them being new vioices
